Sometimes you don’t need hours. You just need a moment to come back to yourself.
This 30 minute Distance Reiki session is for the in-between times. When you’re feeling off but can’t quite name why. When stress has been building and you need someone to help you unravel it. When you want to feel held, even from afar.
What those 30 minutes hold for you:
✨ 20 minutes of gentle Reiki — from wherever you are, I’ll connect with your energy and hold space for you. Together, we’ll work to restore balance, clear what’s ready to move, and invite a sense of calm back into your body.
✨ 10 minutes to land together afterwards — we’ll connect afterward to share any sensations, insights, or gentle nudges that came through. This is your space to make sense of what moved.
✨ Heart Chakra sound — a singing bowl tuned to the heart will be played during your session, its soft vibrations supporting emotional ease and helping you receive the healing more deeply.
Once you book, I’ll send you everything you need to prepare, along with a request for a photo, just a small way to help me tune into your energy from wherever you are.
