This 60 minute Distance Reiki session is for those moments when you know you need more than a quick fix. When the weight you’re carrying; stress, overwhelm, old emotional patterns, needs more than a few minutes to shift. It’s an hour dedicated entirely to you, your energy, and your renewal.

✨ 45 minutes of gentle, powerful Reiki — from wherever you are, I’ll hold space for you. Together, we’ll work to clear stagnant energy, release what’s ready to go, and restore balance to your whole being.
✨ A 15 minute debrief afterwards — we’ll connect afterward to share any sensations, insights, or messages that came through. This is your time to make sense of what moved and what’s calling for your attention.
✨ Heart Chakra sound healing — a singing bowl tuned to the heart will be played during your session, its gentle vibrations supporting emotional harmony and helping you receive the healing more deeply.
